About the event

A New Dawn Family Solutions, LLC, Bechtelsville, PA presents the Co-Parent Education Program (COPE) which offers information to address the needs of divorcing and separating couples, families created solely by the birth of a child, and families spanning multiple generations. All Lehigh County litigants must attend the COPE Class in person, unless they live more than 90 miles away from the Lehigh County Courthouse and have prior permission from A New Dawn Family Solutions to use a distance option. Litigants of any other county are welcome to attend in person.

A New Dawn Family Solutions, LLC, Boyertown, PA ofrece capacitación para satisfacer las necesidades de parejas que se están divorciando o separando, familias creadas únicamente por el nacimiento de un hijo y familias formadas por múltiples generaciones. Todos los litigantes del Condado de Lehigh deben asistir a la Clase COPE en persona, a menos que vivan a más de 90 millas del Tribunal del Condado de Lehigh y tengan permiso previo de A New Dawn Family Solutions para usar una opción a distancia. Los litigantes de cualquier otro condado son bienvenidos a asistir en persona.

    A person whose name is on the court petition or order. The plaintiff, defendant, or an intervenor. If you are a parent or legal guardian of the child involved, you are a party. Each party (person) must register separately. -- Persona cuyo nombre figura en la petición u orden judicial. El demandante, el demandado o un interviniente. Si usted es padre, madre o tutor legal del menor implicado, usted es una parte. Cada parte (persona) debe inscribirse por separado.

  • Guest / Invitado

    A household member or significant other of a party to a custody or divorce matter. A person not named on the petition or court order. -- Un miembro del hogar o pareja de una de las partes en un asunto de custodia o divorcio. Una persona no nombrada en la petición u orden judicial.

  • Previously Paid / Ya Pagado

    Only use this option if you have previously paid for a COPE class. Proof of prior payment is required. -- Utilice esta opción sólo si ha pagado previamente una clase COPE. Se requiere un comprobante de pago previo.

  • IFP -Lehigh County Only / Sólo

    Only for parties with an approved In Forma Pauperis (IFP) order from Lehigh County. A copy of the signed IFP order must be emailed to rana@andfs.com prior to attendance. The IFP is not the order to attend COPE. -- Sólo para las partes con una orden In Forma Pauperis (IFP) aprobada por el Condado de Lehigh. Una copia de la orden IFP firmada debe ser enviada por correo electrónico a rana@andfs.com antes de la asistencia. El IFP no es la orden para asistir a COPE.
